2. What the service provides

The optional free-text field generates synthetic speech through Microsoft Azure when you press “Speak my sentence”. It accepts up to 50 characters. Per-network and shared free-tier limits apply; the preview has no guaranteed availability. Prepared recordings remain available when live synthesis is limited. Do not submit unlawful, personal or confidential information. No account, payment, camera or microphone is required. The service is a demonstration, not professional advice. AI-generated characters are not people responding live to you.

3. Technical requirements

Use a current browser with JavaScript, WebGL, audio playback and an internet connection. Mobile browsers may require a tap and enabled sound. A working email inbox is needed only for the waitlist. Rendering quality and speed depend on your device; the site downloads character assets and recordings and may use a significant amount of mobile data. Your normal network charges may apply.

4. Starting and ending use

You can read and save these terms before using the service. Starting the interactive demo requests that free service; closing the page ends it. Waitlist signup separately requires accepting these terms and choosing the email-contact consent, saving the private cancellation link shown on the success screen. Your mailbox is not verified in the current mode. No automated emails are sent. When email confirmation is enabled, it must be completed within 48 hours before product updates. Repeated signup does not create multiple subscriptions.

The waitlist is free and optional, lasts for no more than 12 months per signup, and does not guarantee a launch date, early-access place or future price. You can cancel immediately and without a fee at any time through your private cancellation link, an email unsubscribe link when available, or by contacting us. You do not have to give a reason. This also provides a straightforward way to exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal right; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Responsible use

Only provide an address you control. Do not send unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, attempt unauthorised access, evade limits, or overload the service. Do not misrepresent a synthetic performance as an authentic statement by a real person. The public demo does not permit uploading someone else’s face or voice.

Viewing and ordinary sharing of the public demo are allowed. Copyrights and other rights in the software, characters and assets remain with their respective holders. No licence to extract and commercially redistribute the engine, models, assets or recordings is granted by these terms. Rights granted by law remain unaffected.

6. Availability and safeguards

We may perform maintenance, correct defects, restrict abusive requests or suspend an unsafe feature. We will act proportionately and, where feasible, explain significant disruption. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or identical rendering on every device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

7. Complaints

Send a complaint by email to the contact above or by post to the registered address. Describe the issue, approximate time and browser/device if useful, and give a way to reply. Do not send passwords or sensitive data. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint; missing helpful details are not a reason to reject it automatically.

Consumers may obtain assistance from a local consumer ombudsman or UOKiK, and may use applicable out-of-court dispute procedures or courts. We do not impose an exclusive Warsaw court on consumers or remove mandatory rights applicable in their country.

8. Privacy and email contact

The Privacy policy explains personal-data handling. Accepting terms is separate from consenting to product emails. We do not require consent to unrelated marketing to view the demo. The consent shown with the form is:

I agree to receive emails from PMCC Performance Sp. z o.o. about StillTalk launch, early access and product updates. I can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Updates and applicable law

Polish law applies subject to mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in their country. Updates may be needed for changes to the service, security or law. We publish a dated version; material changes to an ongoing waitlist service will be communicated in advance where feasible, and you may cancel without charge. We do not silently extend an existing marketing consent or apply changes retroactively to remove accrued rights.

These are the service terms, not the rules of any third-party competition. References to development tools do not imply that their providers endorse or operate StillTalk.

StillTalk software, calibration data and character resources are proprietary materials of PMCC Performance Sp. z o.o. Copying, redistribution or reverse engineering is not permitted except where applicable law expressly allows it. Third-party components retain their own licences.
